Research software specialist Confirmit has launched Version 12.2 of its CustomerSat solution, which it says brings 'key metrics from multiple survey programmes together in a single dashboard to track performance against corporate goals'.Confirmit bought the CustomerSat enterprise feedback management software business - previously owned by MarketTools - from investment house TPG Growth last August. The latest version allows users to compare performance across market segments and drill down to prioritise action, and includes enhanced mobile dashboards and new search and filter functions to aid visualisation and sharing.
Terry Lawlor, EVP Product Management, says the improvements reflect the firm's 'commitment to intelligence driven action for multi-channel VoC programmes', and adds: 'This release, along with the many other investments we're making in our technology and services, forms part of a unified, integrated future for Confirmit solutions.'
